The Moscow Center for University Teaching of Jewish Civilization "Sefer" and the Association of Moscow Jewish Studies Students is very pleased to inform you about the Third CIS students Conference on Jewish Studies to be held in Moscow, July 1-3, 1998.

Undergraduate, Graduate and Doctoral students are eligible for presenting papers. Abstracts (1 page) are expected to reach "Sefer" before May 15, 1998. The conference languages are Russian, Hebrew, Yiddish or English.

The conference will include a series of workshops on various topics in academic Judaica, including Bible and Semitology, Jewish Thought, Jewish History, East European Jewish studies, Literature-Culture-Arts.

There is no reimbursement for travel expenses for non-CIS citizens and visas payment.
